Guitar chord progressions to play online

Start with one of these examples. Each link loads the chords into the player so you can hear the movement and practise the changes.

Hear the changes before you play

Use the player to check how major, minor and seventh chords sound together. It produces synthesized chord tones, rather than recorded guitar strums. Begin at 60 BPM and change your guitar shape whenever the next chord sounds.

For four beats on each chord, enter C C C C G G G G Am Am Am Am F F F F. For a separate click track, use the online metronome.
